Nigeria Lagos-Ibadan Railway Project Introduction

On June 10, 2021, the opening ceremony of the Lagos Station of the Lagos-Ibadan Railway in Nigeria was grandly held.

The Lagos-Ibadan Railway links Lagos, Nigeria's economic hub, and Ibadan, a major industrial city in the southwest of the country. The main line of the railway stretches 157 kilometers, with a branch line of 7 kilometers. Adopting modern railway construction standards, it is designed to operate at a speed of 150 kilometers per hour.

Our company has participated in the construction of steel structure, roof, overpass and corridor canopy projects for ten stations along the railway, including LAGOS, ABEOKUTA, AGBADO, PAPALANDO, KAJOLA, IBADAN, OLODO, OMI-ADIO, APAPA and AGEGE.
