PVDF color fluoride panels utilize anti-corrosion resin powder that fully covers the base plate through electrostatic adsorption and thermoset by high-temperature heating. This process eliminates volatile solvents and creates a dense surface without micropores.

The base plate is completely wrapped by the resin layer, creating a barrier that isolates the steel from atmospheric corrosive media. With coating thickness reaching 75±5μm (3-4 times thicker than ordinary color plates), the base plate receives superior protection. Custom coating thickness is available based on specific anti-corrosion requirements.
Excellent High and Low Temperature Resistance
The plastic coating forms at temperatures above 300°C, while the lower surface layer uses epoxy powder thermosetting resin suitable for 150°C environments. Testing confirms no resin layer deterioration after 10 freeze-thaw cycles.
